Final Cut Screen Grab.

This is a screen grab taken from final cut which shows the development of our project. The two pictures which are shown in the viewer and the canvas we chose because they represent our video and the song. It also shows our 16 items in the browser which are different clips we filmed which we used to cut down to produce our final smaller clips which are put together in the timeline to produce thr final video. Below these clips is our chosen track which we used to sync up with the footage shown in the timeline.

Finishing off.

In the middle of the filming process a member of the group unexpectedly dropped out of college and obviously was no longer involved in the video.

Because he was the main character in the video we had some problems as we didn't have enough footage to finish. This was rectifed by some quick thinking and last minute action! The footage we have now is not what was originally planned, but was the best we could do on short notice.

We filmed a friend of one of the group members playing piano - this is meant to be the singer of the band with the other main male being just a character in the story.

Viewers were confused by the different girls throughout the video. We didn't manage to convey what we wanted, which was to show the main character stringing the girls along. We would have liked to show the girls seeing each other whilst being with the guy and a confrontation scene. Hopefully the video still makes sense without these extra parts.

Although a lot of things went wrong and the video didn't turn out quite how we expected, we are still pleased with the final result, especially considering how much harder we had to work to make it.
